Leap Circles:
Helping you to start your next chapter

Are you an established professional, ready to take their career to the next level?

Are you looking for some headspace, structure and accountability to keep you focused?

Do you want to be part of a small circle of committed professionals who offer each other advice, celebrate successes and have each other’s back when things get tough?

If your answer to these questions is yes,
join a Leap Circle and get ready to start your next chapter.

Leap Circles combine the best of mastermind groups and group coaching to create a powerful six month virtual programme that helps you progress towards your goal. Each circle has a maximum of six participants and is facilitated by an expert coach. Regular group calls, check-ins, one-on-one coaching, and worksheets provide the structure, space and accountability you need to stay on track. After all, research shows that people who set goals and self monitor are 2.5 times more likely to attain their goal, develop accurate plans and follow through, than those who don’t.

How does this work?

The Leap Circle programme is specifically designed to provide you with the optimum support to achieve your goal:

  • Monthly 2.5 hour virtual meetings bring the whole circle together. All participants get an opportunity to bring a particular challenge and tap into the wisdom and experience of the group in order to get unstuck. Your facilitator ensures that these meetings are formal in structure but informal and friendly in style. Everyone walks away with new insights into a specific problem they are facing and a clear action plan.

  • Monthly check-ins in (rotating) pairs encourage you to connect on a one-on-one level between sessions, helping you to reflect, track your progress and keep the momentum between circle meetings.

  • One-on-one coaching: included in the fee are two 25-minute coaching calls with your circle facilitator which can be scheduled at any point during the programme.

  • Monthly pulse topics: Once a month, you receive a leadership impulse around a specific topic including practical exercises you can use to up your effectiveness. Topics include ‘overcoming procrastination’, ‘dealing with limiting beliefs’, ‘effective collaboration’.

  • Monthly reflection templates help you reflect and track your progress, so you know where to focus.

  • Private Facebook Group: Each Circle has its own private Facebook group, a place for sharing and further collaboration.

Our next round of circles will kick off in October with these two topics:

Circle A:
Your career inventory

This circle is for people who are well established in their profession and may be wondering what’s next. Working towards your next promotion, changing companies, or completely resetting your career – if you think it’s time to do a career inventory and be more intentional in what you chose to do next, this circle will give you the space and support to get it right.

Circle B: Develop your
leadership confidence

The days when leadership was only expected from a selected few at the top are over. Today’s fast-moving world requires everyone to act and think like a leader and display gravitas and confidence. In this circle, we will explore what makes a great leader. Acknowledging that everyone is different, you’ll explore what authentic leadership looks like for you and how you can take meaningful steps to develop and increase your confidence and presence. Whether you are planning for your next promotion or want to increase your effectiveness in your current role, this circle is for you.

How much time should I set aside for a Leap Circle?

On a monthly basis, the formal circle activities take up around four hours. This includes time spent on circle meetings, check-ins as well your personal reflections.

However, achieving success requires hard work, persistence and resilience and the real work happens outside the programme. Your circle provides you with the framework, structure, support and accountability you need to achieve success. But it’s up to you to put effort and time into making your desired change happen.

Like with most things in life, the more you put in the more you will get out.

Do I need to be based in the UK to take part?

No. Leap Circles is a highly interactive and personal yet entirely virtual experience. You can join from wherever you are in the world, as long as you have a stable WiFi signal and can dial into calls in the UK time zone.

Do I need to commit to the full six months?

Yes, we need you to commit to the full duration of the circle for two reasons:

Firstly, we know that six months is a great timeframe to tackle a challenge. It’s long enough to make real progress while being short enough to focus the mind.

But secondly, and more importantly, Leap Circles are a group format. When you sign up, you’re not just committing to your own progress but also to that of your fellow circle members. Each member’s input, expertise and wisdom is vitally important to the circle’s success. So for the benefit of everyone we ask you to make sure you can fully commit to this for the duration of the circle.

What’s the application and matching process?

When we have received all applications, we review them carefully in order to match people according to level of experience and compatibility. And while we do our best to place everyone in a circle, there may be occasions where we are not able to do this. If this affects you, you will have the choice between going on a waiting list (and having preferential treatment during the next round) or withdrawing your application.
